Create Your Own Bronze Sculpture — One-Day Workshop with artist Vincent Gray

Have you ever wanted to create a bronze sculpture of your own — or take your sculpting skills to the next level? Join us for an inspiring one-day workshop with visiting artist Vincent Gray at Talos Art Foundry on Saturday 11th April.

We suggest bringing two A5 reference images of your choice — from a magazine, book, photograph, sketch, or drawing. Subject matter is entirely open, from flora and fauna to portrait profiles, architecture, or design.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore the principles of relief modelling while developing your observational skills, manual dexterity, and creative confidence. You’ll also be introduced to professional materials, techniques, and processes, along with a behind-the-scenes foundry tour and valuable insights from an experienced artist. Best of all, the piece you create will be cast in solid bronze, transforming your work into a lasting keepsake or meaningful gift.

Once your piece has been modelled, our skilled team here at Talos Art Foundry, will cast it in bronze. You’ll then be invited back to witness the final stage of its transformation during the patination process — before taking your finished sculpture home.
