Here is a video of the team, pouring the white hot molten bronze into grey ceramic shells, always a special moment.

When the bronze is cool, the shells will be smashed to reveal the silver-looking sculptural parts, ready for assembly, then smoothed (chased) to look like the clay original and, under the supervision of the artist, given its beautiful patina and shine.
